QRISIFY provides payment software: dynamic QRIS payload generation, order management, an internal wallet ledger, a REST API and webhooks. QRISIFY is not a licensed payment institution and does not hold or transfer customer funds.
You must own or be authorised to use every QRIS merchant payload you upload, keep your account data accurate, and comply with all applicable regulations for your business and for accepting payments.
The platform fee is charged per transaction and is deducted from your QRISIFY wallet balance. The fee applicable to a transaction is the one stored at creation time and is never recalculated retroactively. Settlement of the underlying payment is handled by the licensed provider connected to your account.
Refunds of customer payments are performed through your payment provider. QRISIFY records full, partial and reversal refunds as new ledger entries; historical ledger rows are never modified. Platform fees are returned only for reversals caused by QRISIFY.
You may not use QRISIFY for illegal transactions, or attempt to bypass payment verification. Accounts that abuse the API or attempt fraudulent verification may be suspended.
The software is provided as is. QRISIFY is not liable for losses caused by incorrect merchant configuration, provider outages or regulatory non-compliance on the merchant side.
